Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using BetaDrop (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BetaDrop. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use BetaDrop. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, host, or distribute applications that:

• Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws

• Contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal material

• Facilitate unauthorized access to other systems

Platform Usage

• You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operations.

• You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our permission.

• You may not attempt to bypass any security measures or access restricted areas.

Developer Responsibility

Developers are solely responsible for the applications they upload and distribute via BetaDrop. We do not review or endorse the content of applications shared on the Platform.

Tester Relationship

BetaDrop provides the infrastructure for distribution but is not a party to any agreement between developers and testers. We are not responsible for any bugs, data loss, or damage caused by apps distributed through our Platform.

Public Links

By generating a public link for an application, you acknowledge that anyone with that link can potentially download and install your application.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, all your data and uploaded applications will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Free & Paid Plans

BetaDrop offers a free tier that requires no payment method and no trial clock, alongside paid subscription plans. Current plans and prices are published on our Pricing page at betadrop.app/pricing/.

Billing & Automatic Renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance, on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on the plan you choose.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

• Prices shown on our Pricing page are inclusive of applicable taxes, including Indian GST where it applies. The amount displayed is the amount charged; no tax is added at checkout.

• Your contract of sale is with Immersive Mobile Designs Private Limited (GSTIN 24AAHCI2350R1Z9), which operates BetaDrop. Invoices are issued in that name, and charges appear on your statement under it.

• If you are a GST-registered business, add your GSTIN in Settings → Billing to receive a tax invoice you can claim input credit against.

• Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy at betadrop.app/refund-policy/, which forms part of these Terms.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you. If it remains unpaid, the subscription may be cancelled and the account moved to the free tier.

Changes to Pricing

Any changes to our pricing structure will be communicated to users in advance by email. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before your next renewal date. Continued use of a paid plan after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

BETADROP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

• NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL BETADROP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM

• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM

• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM

• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Nothing in this section removes any protection available to you as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that law grants it.
