Questions
What happens when I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted straight away. Your plan's features stop, but you keep a 7-day grace window where your storage headroom is preserved, so you are never instantly over quota. After that, links beyond the free window shorten rather than vanish, and if your builds exceed the free storage allowance the oldest are expired (the newest build for each platform is kept). Expired builds are then deleted, so download or renew anything you need before then.
What happens to my permanent links if my plan lapses?
They are converted to a fixed 7-day term dated from the day the plan lapsed, not deleted. That is applied once per build and never re-extended, so a link already past that term does not come back by re-lapsing. Re-subscribing keeps the build alive but does not silently restore the old term — set the expiry you want once you are back on a paid plan. If testers or an app-store listing point at a build you need to keep reachable, renew or re-upload it before the term ends.
Does "permanent" really mean forever?
It means permanent while you are subscribed. If you'd rather set a dated expiry on a build, that goes up to a year on Pro and 10 years on Studio. We would rather say that plainly than promise forever and quietly change it later.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. There is no card, no trial clock and no expiry date on the account itself. What does have limits is usage: individual links and hosted sites have lifetimes (see the retention table on this page), a hosted site pauses if it passes its monthly traffic allowance, build downloads draw on a monthly allowance of 5 GB on the free plan, and each app can be installed by up to 10 distinct testers in a rolling window — a link itself is never metered, and a tester who stops installing frees their place.
How long does a free hosted site stay up?
30 days, and you can renew it once for free. After that a paid plan keeps it online for as long as you are subscribed. When a site expires it stops serving, and for a while its files and address are held, so renewing or upgrading brings it back with nothing to re-upload. A site left parked is eventually deleted and its name released; we email you before that happens.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings, and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling never cuts a term short. After that the account moves to Free rather than being closed.
Which currencies can I pay in, and do I get a GST invoice?
Cards are charged in INR or USD. Indian customers receive a GST-compliant tax invoice with our GSTIN and, if you supply yours, your own. The payment is claimable as a business expense.
Can I pay for just one build to stay alive?
No — we don't sell per-link extensions. Tools that charge per link turn every URL into a small recurring worry. If one link matters enough to keep, a plan keeps all of them.
