Questions
What happens when I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your plan's features stop, but you keep a 30-day grace window where your storage headroom is preserved, so you are never instantly over quota. Links beyond the free window then shorten rather than vanish.
Does "permanent" really mean forever?
It means permanent while you are subscribed. If you'd rather set a dated expiry on a build, that goes up to a year on Pro and 10 years on Studio. We would rather say that plainly than promise forever and quietly change it later.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Unlimited apps and downloads, no card, and no expiry date on the account itself. Individual links and hosted sites do have lifetimes (see the retention table on this page), and a hosted site pauses if it passes its monthly traffic allowance. Build links are not metered at all.
How long does a free hosted site stay up?
30 days, and you can renew it once for free. After that a paid plan keeps it online for as long as you are subscribed. When a site does expire it stops serving but its files are kept, so renewing or upgrading brings it back at the same address with nothing to re-upload.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings, and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling never cuts a term short. After that the account moves to Free rather than being closed.
Which currencies can I pay in, and do I get a GST invoice?
Cards are charged in INR or USD. Indian customers receive a GST-compliant tax invoice with our GSTIN and, if you supply yours, your own. The payment is claimable as a business expense.
Can I pay for just one build to stay alive?
No — we don't sell per-link extensions. Tools that charge per link turn every URL into a small recurring worry. If one link matters enough to keep, a plan keeps all of them.
