Press & Brand Assets
Everything you need to write about or list BetaDrop: the current logo, brand colors, mascot, copy-paste boilerplate, and how BetaDrop sounds. If you run a directory or listing that shows older artwork, please swap it for the assets on this page.
Boilerplate
Use this one-sentence description verbatim:
BetaDrop is a free service to distribute iOS and Android beta apps: upload an .ipa or .apk from the web, the CLI, CI or an AI agent and hand testers an OTA install link.
Tagline: BetaDrop — Free Beta App Distribution for iOS & Android
The name is “BetaDrop” — one word, capital B and capital D. Never “Betadrop”, “betadrop”, or “Beta Drop”.
Voice
How BetaDrop sounds, for anyone quoting us or writing for us. The spelling rule above is part of it. The short version: say the true thing, name the limit, and stop.
- Person
- Second person for the reader — "your build", "the expiry you set". BetaDrop is the subject when the product acts. "We" shows up only where a person is making a promise or admitting a limit, and it stays rare.
- Tense
- Present, about what the product does today. Nothing unreleased is described as though it already exists.
- Register
- Plain, specific, and willing to name the limit before the reader finds it. The security page is the model: no roadmap items, no aspirational language.
- Case
- Sentence case for headings, buttons, and labels — "Compare plans", not "Compare Plans". Proper nouns keep their capitals; nothing else gets promoted to Title Case.
In practice

Enterprise-grade security you can trust.
But
We don’t claim certifications we don’t hold.
A claim nobody can check is worth less than a limit stated plainly. Shipping today on the security page.
Not
Free forever. Unlimited everything!
But
Sharing builds is free and stays free. You pay when you need a link to outlive the sprint that made it.
Say what is free and what is not, in the same breath. No superlatives. Shipping today on the pricing page.

State the consequence, not that the verb worked. A green check already says it worked. Shipping today on the link password control.

Are you sure? This action cannot be undone.
But
Your hosted site and its URL will stop working immediately.
Name what breaks. "Are you sure" asks the reader to guess what they are confirming. Shipping today on the delete-site dialog.

Use the mark as-is: don't recolor it, don't add gradients or effects, and don't use the retired purple artwork that predates the current blue mark.
