UDID browser help foriPhone and iPad
Safari works, and Chrome or another full iPhone browser can usually trigger the profile prompt too. The common failure case is opening the page inside another app instead of a real browser.
Use the target phone or tablet
Open in Safari or Chrome
Finish the profile flow there
Fastest fix
Reopen the same page in a full browser
1Open the same URL in Safari or Chrome on the target iPhone or iPad.
2Tap Download Profile and allow the configuration-profile prompt.
3Finish the install step and let BetaDrop return to the result page.
If you opened the page in Safari or Chrome on iPhone
1Stay in Safari or Chrome and tap the main download button.
2Allow the iPhone configuration-profile prompt when it appears.
3If the prompt does not appear, reopen the same link in Safari and try again.
If you opened it inside Instagram, Gmail, Facebook, or another app
1Use the in-app share menu to copy or open the link externally.
2Choose Safari or Chrome if your app offers an explicit 'Open in Browser' action.
3If not, copy the link, open a normal browser yourself, then paste it there.
If you are on desktop or Android
1Open the UDID checker on the iPhone or iPad that actually needs provisioning.
2Use the QR code or copied link from the landing page to move the URL to the phone or tablet.
3Complete the entire profile flow directly on that device.
Quick checklist before retrying
Use the iPhone or iPad you actually want to register.
Open the BetaDrop UDID page in Safari, Chrome, or another full browser, not inside another app.
Tap the main download button and allow the configuration-profile prompt.
Return to the result page if the redirect does not happen automatically.
If the prompt still does not appear
Retry with the same URL, but change the environment
In-app browsers usually block the prompt
Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, and some chat apps keep you inside a limited browser shell. Copy the link and reopen it in a normal browser.
Desktop is only for handoff
You can start from desktop, but the configuration profile must be downloaded and installed on the exact iPhone or iPad you want to register.
Safari is still the safest fallback
Chrome on iPhone often works, but if the profile prompt is inconsistent, reopen the same page in Safari and retry there.
